We collect your email address and name when you create an account. When you use SuprBox, we process your voice transcripts to generate structured work output. We do not store raw audio recordings - only the text transcript you choose to save.

2. How we use your data

Your transcripts are processed by AI models to generate email drafts and replies inside Gmail and Outlook. and other work artifacts. We use your voice profile settings to tune output style. We never train third-party AI models on your data without explicit consent.

3. Data retention

Transcripts are retained for as long as your account is active so you can review history and replay voice sessions. You can delete individual transcripts or your entire account at any time from your dashboard.

4. Third parties

We use Google for authentication and AI providers for transcript processing. Your data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication, Row-Level Security on our database, and regular security reviews.
