1. Acceptance

By using SuprBox, you agree to these terms. If you use SuprBox on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. Don't use SuprBox for anything illegal.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SuprBox. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. What you get

SuprBox turns voice transcripts into send-ready email drafts inside Gmail and Outlook. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy - always review AI-generated output before sending. Service availability and feature sets vary by plan.

4. Content you create

You own the transcripts and output you create with SuprBox. We do not claim ownership of your work. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

SuprBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you are on a free plan.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
